Shopping center becomes a brand
Schwitzke & Partner cooperated with management für immobilien AG to develop a unique interior concept for the shopping center Palais Vest - 42,000 square meters on three levels. The concept tells the brand story with many references to the surrounding region. On the inside, the shopping center excels with its expressive architecture. Modern design is combined with decorative elements found in historical palaces; the entire composition of colors and materials contributes to the “Palais” theme.
In addition to the ample vestibule, visitors find the Green Salon, the Mirror Hall and the Orangery. These central halls serve to structure and shape the mall. Elements like chandeliers, ornaments at ceilings and walls, eye-catching pieces of furniture and a matching color and light design round off the elegant overall picture. Two-level shop facades with a height of up to eight meters allow for tenants’ individual solutions.
