Opening Whistle for Münzinger Fans United

Following a five month build out, its the opening whistle for Münzinger Fans United, Sport Schusters exclusively football orientated store in which football lifestyle and the cult character of the sport is displayed.

From professional equipment to street-wear in football idols style to fan articles and flags there is everything is there is separate themed areas.

Fans United is unique in Germany.  Nowhere else is football shown in such entirety.  The Schwitzke & Partner design develops a stadium atmosphere.  The look and feel is rough; rough concrete and wood, no high gloss and the elements are in metallic white.

The store is in the listed ‘new town hall‘ in the Marienplatz and was built by Schwitzke Project.

Schwitzke & Partner’s considerable experience with sports concepts played an important roll in the development of the design.  Schwitzke & Partner’s understanding of how to display football, as shown in the Werder Bremen fan shop in the Weser Stadium came to the fore: the store has been nominated as Store of the Year.
