The uniqueness of a brand emerges from its identity.

Only a strong brand will in future succeed in establishing itself in the hard competitive market. For a successful market launch the image at the point of sale is critical – as this is where the product meets the customer and the decision to buy is made.

The retail process entails staging the brand message as a three-dimensional spatial experience. If a brand is to assert itself in a multibrand environment, a universal and credible brand experience is essential. Commerce tolerates neither timelessness nor arbitrariness, as this takes away the radiant force of the brand that is integral to the decision to buy at the PoS. The design of brand shops is a central aspect of a strategic brand launch – otherwise the advertising message and identity are lost. The PoS is seen merely as a sales channel and the brand message does not get through to the customer – it does not bind the customer and will never trigger off a decision to buy. With the result that vital value added potential is thrown away. We develop self-imitating brand worlds for the PoS and translate these into retail concepts.

Whether it's a solution for a selling space or a flagship store: We look after the entire retail process, from the development of the design idea through to its realisation and implementation on the right selling space. Merchandising and graphic design are just as much part of an integrated brand communication as store design.
