THE SHOPPING CENTER BECOMES A BRAND
In collaboration with management for immobilien AG, Schwitzke & Partner developed an elaborate retail concept for the “Palais Vest” shopping center. On nearly 42,000 square meters and three stories, it uses storytelling to connect to the surrounding region. Identification with the location, high value for visitors and consistently thought out communication inspire tenants and consumers alike. The center’s expressive interior architecture is impressive: A modern design is combined with design elements from historic
castles, with all the color and material contributing to the “Palais” theme. Apart from a spacious vestibule, visitors will find the green salon, the hall of mirrors and the orangery. These central rooms divide and shape the mall.
Elements such as chandeliers in proper style, ornaments on ceilings and walls, eye-catching furniture and a matching color and light design round off its overall, elegant appearance. Two-floor shop façades up to eight meters in height give tenants the ability to find custom solutions.
