Communication concept with focus on lifestyle
Schwitzke ID develops a new visual language for the long-established optician Optiker Bode and positions the eyeglass specialist in the premium lifestyle segment. The prelude to the holistic communication concept is an elaborate fashion photo shoot presenting the eyeglass trends for 2015. Eyeglasses are no longer just visual aids; they have become fashion essentials that make a statement. Schwitzke Graphic chose this notion as their starting point in creating the new communication concept. Optiker Bode now presents itself as a specialist shop with a focus on lifestyle, combining expertise with fashion competence.
To reinforce the new brand focus, Schwitzke ID organized a photo shoot for the current collection of eyeglasses and was responsible for all creative services. The result is a fresh and fashion-oriented visual language, including a making-of. Customers are encouraged to buy a second and third pair of glasses as the icing on the cake for the perfect outfit. The reorientation is complemented by the revision and further development of the entire brand appearance, consisting of the brand’s logo, brochures, stationery and shopping bags. Next steps: The new Corporate Identity will be transferred to the web and implemented as in-store communication in the optician’s 73 sales outlets in Germany.
