“Where are the changing rooms here?” This question will never be asked in a store designed by us. We create clear routes, position signs and provide comprehensive information. We think about how the customer will approach the product in the store from the very outset. Where they will walk, where they will stop, where they will be surprised, where they can have some peace and quiet, where they can touch, test and try out the product. In the store, we design routes, create visual axes and guide the visitor. With sensual stimuli rather than “No Entry” signs. Right from the “Hello, how are you today?” to the “See you again”.
