Brand development for Sportina Group’s multi-label concept
Sportina Group has opened an 800 square-meter ‘XYZ’ premium fashion store in City Center One East in Zagreb, Croatia’s capital city. Schwitzke developed a new brand-positioning strategy with a trend-oriented store concept for the multi-brand retailer.
How will the brand communicate with its customers in the future – this was the key question during strategic consulting. XYZ presents itself in the new store as a competent fashion advisor which takes up the latest international trends in its curated product assortment. A long catwalk in the store’s center reinforces the core message of the retailer specialized in individual outfits: “Looks count and styles gain”.
