CV: Born in Bad Vilbel, a spa town in Hesse, in 1976, Sebastian Anders comes from an honourable trade, just like many of his colleagues. After completing apprenticeships in carpentry and business management, he initially worked as a project manager in the shopfitting sector for seven years, before Schwitzke Project managed to persuade him to join its team. Since the end of 2015, he has been a head of department for the general contractor's Düsseldorf office, where he currently coordinates and manages a team of around 15 employees. In his role, he sees himself as a trainer and mentor who motivates his colleagues to achieve excellent results and to work autonomously. Primarily involved in coordinating his team and supporting various clients, he is still in close personal contact with the trade and is always actively engaged in a wide variety of projects. Sebastian Anders lives with his daughters on a former farm to the west of Düsseldorf.
